摘要
采用预混法制备以水滑石/钴沸石为骨料的EPS复合阻燃保温材料,通过偏光显微镜、TEM、冲击试验机和差示扫描量热仪等对产品进行了表征。结果表明,EPS复合阻燃保温材料被粉体均匀包覆,燃烧后具有高比表面积和孔隙结构,分解温度提高到了360℃;当水滑石/钴沸石含量为20%时,EPS复合阻燃保温材料的性能达到最优,其导热系数为0.029 W/(m·K),自熄时间为1.1 s,冲击强度为10.96 kJ/m^2,抗压强度达到309 kPa。
EPS composite flame retardant insulation materials was prepared using premixing method with expanded hydrotal- cite/cobalt zeolite as aggregate. The samples obtained were characterized by polarized light mieroscopy,TEM,impact testing machine and differential scanning calorimeter. The results show that, EPS was uniformly coated with powder;the composite material has high specific surface area and pore structure after burning; the decomposition temperature of the material increased to 360℃. With the expanded hydrotalcite/cobalt zeolite content increased to 20%,the material achieved optimal performance. Under this condition,the thermal conductivity is 0.029 W/(m·K), the self extinguishing time is 1.1 s, the impact strength is 10.96 kJ/m2 and the compressive strength is 309 kPa.
