摘要
采用人工加速热氧老化方法,对B1、B2两个燃烧等级的聚苯乙烯进行热氧老化处理,利用锥形量热仪对老化前后样品分别进行燃烧实验,对其点燃时间、热释放速率、质量损失速率等燃烧性能进行对比分析,得出以下结论:热氧老化降低了聚苯乙烯保温材料的点燃时间;燃烧过程中到达热释放速率峰值的时间变短;老化使得材料更容易发生分解、挥发等现象,增加了材料的火灾危险性;热氧老化对B1、B2级样品燃烧性能的影响存在一致性。
Use the artificial accelerated thermal oxidative aging method to get the aging XPS of two combustion level (B1 and B2). Comparatively analyze the combustion properties of the samples before and after aging by cone calorimeter. Based on the data obtained from the experiments, we analyze the combustion properties of the XPS samples, such as time to ignition, heat release rate and mass loss rate. The experimental results indicated that thermal oxidative aging reduces the time to igni tion and the time to peak heat release rate of XPS; thermal oxidative aging makes it easier to decompose and volatilization, which increase the risk of fire; the influences of thermal oxidative aging to B1 and B2 samples' combustion property are consistent.
