摘要
以尿素、甲醛、聚乙烯醇为原材料合成脲醛树脂粘结剂,采用物理发泡法与无机泡沫玻璃混合发泡制备一种新型复合阻燃保温材料。实验结果表明,复合脲醛树脂粘结剂氧指数为50%,其复合阻燃保温材料的导热系数为0.031 W/(m·K),保温和阻燃性能优异。
In this paper, a novel flame retardance and thermal insulation composite was made by physical foaming methodfrom foam glass and urea-formaldehyde resin which was synthesized by urea,formaldehyde and polyvinyl alcohol. The experimentresults showed that the oxygen index of urea-fi)rmaldehyde resin was 50% and heat conductivity coefficient of this composite was0.031 W/(m·K),which means this composite is of excellent thermal insulation and outstanding flame resistance.
