摘要
采用三聚氰胺改性脲醛(MUF)树脂为基体原料制备了新型的自阻燃型MUF泡沫材料,并研究了不同发泡程度对泡沫材料的表观密度、力学性能、耐碎性能和阻燃性能的影响。研究发现所制备的MUF泡沫具有优异的阻燃性能。并采用经典模型引入和数据拟合两种方法建立了MUF泡沫表观密度-力学性能模型,研究表明采用此两种方法建立的数学模型高度吻合,MUF泡沫的力学性能与密度之间具有良好的指数关系。
New flame-retardant foam materials were prepared using Melamine Urea Formaldehyde (MUF)resin as matrix materials. And the effects of various foaming degrees on apparent density, mechanical, brittleness and flame-retard ant properties of MUF foam were also studied. It was found that the foam had excellent flame-retardant property. Moreo-ver,two different methods of classical models introduction and data fitting were used for building apparent density me-chanical properties mathematical models of MUF foam. The results displayed that these two different mathematical models were in good agreement, and there existed an exponential relation between mechanical properties and apparent density.
