摘要
通过对全国多个省份职业院校教师的调查,研究当前我国职业教育"双师型"教师协同培养的现状及问题。结果显示,我国职业教育"双师型"教师协同培养整体情况一般,校企合作浅层化、校校合作表层化问题突出,尚未构建有效的协同培养机制等问题。应加快构建基于"校-企-校"三方协同的"双师型"教师培养机制,发挥政府的宏观调控,完善校企合作的政策法规与管理、监督机制,加大对"双师型"教师协同培养的支持力度。
By investigating the vocational school teachers from several provinces, we study the status and the problems about the cooperative training for"dual-qualification"teachers in vocational education. The result shows that the overall condition about "dualqualification" teachers is ordinary, serious problems are reflected in the shallow school-enterprise cooperation, as well as the cooperation among schools and the unestablished cooperative training system. We should establish the system for "dual-qualification"teachers based on "school-enterprise-school"cooperation, give full play to the governments macro regulation, perfect the laws and supervisory system and strengthen the support for cooperative training for "dual-qualification" teachers.
