摘要
目的探讨年龄和性别对健康人群6项红细胞参数的影响。方法选择本院2014年11月-2015年10月2 334例健康体检者,进行血常规检测,剔除可能影响实验结果的人群后,分别根据年龄和性别分组,对红细胞分布宽度（RDW）等6项红细胞参数进行统计学分析。结果 RDW随年龄增大而升高,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。RDW组间两两比较,〈20岁组和20岁～39岁组差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,其余组间差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。RDW水平与年龄呈正相关（r=0.201,P=0.000）。总人群中6项红细胞参数差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.01）,其中女性RDW水平高于男性。结论红细胞参数与受试者的年龄和性别相关,临床使用时需考虑其可能的影响。
Objective To investigate the influence of age and gender on the 6 parameters of red cell in healthy people. Methods The blood routine was conducted among the 2 334 health examination people collected from November 2014 to October2015 in our hospital. After excluded the people that could disturb the experimental results,the six indexes of red cell such as RDW were conducted for statistical analysis. Results The level of RDW increased with increment of age,and there was statistical significance on the difference（ P〈0. 01）. There was no statistical significance on the difference in all pairwise comparison between the 20 years old group and the 20-39 years old group（ P〈0. 05）. Age was positively related to the level of RDW and the correlation coefficient（ r） was 0. 201（ P = 0. 000）. There was statistical significance on the difference in six red cell parameters among all the people in this test（ P〈0. 01）,and the level of RDW in the female group were higher than the male group. Conclusion The level of red cell parameters is correlated with age and gender in health people,and we must consider the affecting elements in the clinical use.
