摘要 众所周知,动脉僵硬度增加与衰老相伴随,并同时导致男性和女性收缩压和脉压增大。脉压增大是反映动脉僵硬度的间接指标,颈动脉-股动脉脉搏波速度(pulse wave velocity,PWV)是更直接反映大动脉僵硬度的参数,均为独立于传统危险因素之外的心血管恶性事件的相关因素[1]。多种影响动脉树的因素存在性别差异,如血压、心率、体型、糖尿病、血脂、
