摘要
目的探讨与观察芬氟合剂内关穴注射对人工流产术镇痛效果及综合反应发生率的影响。方法选择拟行无痛人工流产的早孕者135例,随机分为3组,每组45例。Ⅰ组为芬氟合剂内关穴注射,Ⅱ组为芬氟合剂肌肉注射,Ⅲ组为对照组,不给予任何镇痛措施。观察3组患者术中血压、心率、镇痛效果(VAS评分)及综合反应的发生情况。结果Ⅲ组术中BP降低、HR减慢,与术前及Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Ⅰ组术中VAS评分与Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。术中不良反应Ⅲ组发生率显著高于Ⅰ组与Ⅱ组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论芬氟合剂内关穴注射能显著提高人工流产术中的镇痛效果,同时也减少或避免术中人工流产综合反应的发生,提高人工流产术安全性。
Objective To explore and observe the influence of point injection of Fentanyl fluoride mixture on anaesthetic effect and incidence of abortion synthesis reaction. Methods The 135 patients in their early pregnancy who have scheduled for painless induced abortion were randomnized into 3 groups with each group 45 patients. Patients in groupⅠwere given Neiguan point injection of Fentanyl fluoride mixture,group Ⅱintramuscular injection of Fentanyl fluoride mixture,and group Ⅲ nothing. Blood pressure,heart rate,analgesic effect（ VAS score） and the incidence of abortion syndromein of the three groups were observed. Results Compared with that of pre-operation,group Ⅰ and groupⅡ,BP and HR level of group Ⅲdecreased during operation,which was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. The VAS score of groupⅠwas different from that of groupⅡand group Ⅲ,which was statistically significant.（ P〈0. 05,P〈0. 01）. The incidence of abortion synthesis reaction in group Ⅲ was significantly higher than that of groupⅠand groupⅡ,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The Neiguan point injection of Fentanyl fluoride mixture can significantly improve the effect of anesthesia in painless induced abortion,reduces or avoids the incidence of abortion synthesis reaction in the operation,improves the safety of painless artificial abortion.
