摘要
目的:探讨呃逆病因病机及治疗方法。方法:通过回顾文献,总结目前中医及西医对呃逆病因病机的认识,并了解各种方法治疗的疗效。结果:对呃逆病因病机阐述较为少见,但治疗方法种类繁多,疗效不一。结论:呃逆的大样本流行病学治疗缺乏,各种治疗方法皆有利弊,临床应根据具体临床情况选择。
Objective：To discuss the etiology,pathogenesis and therapy of hiccup.Methods：Traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine′s understandings of the etiology and pathogenesis of hiccup were studied and therapeutic effects of all kinds of methods for treating hiccup was understood through reviewing literatures.Results：There were few elaborations of etiology and pathogenesis of hiccup,but the therapies and curative effects were various.Conclusion：The epidemic therapy for hiccup with a great amount of samples is insufficient.All kinds of treatment methods have their advantages and disadvantages,which should be chosen according to specific clinical situations.
