摘要
目的探讨益肾消癥散结经验方治疗子宫内膜异位症术后患者的临床疗效,及其对患者激素E_2、FSH、LH水平变化的影响。方法选择于我院行腹腔镜手术治疗的72例子宫内膜异位症患者为对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(36例)和观察组(36例)。对照组术后采用醋酸亮丙瑞林3.75 mg皮下注射,每个月经周期注射1次;观察组则于术后给予醋酸亮丙瑞林基础上加用益肾消癥散结经验方内服,2组均连续用药半年。观察临床盆腔痛等症状的改善情况,比较有效率,监测治疗前后激素E_2、FSH、LH水平变化,统计用药过程中围绝经症状的发生情况。结果观察组总有效率94.40%,优于对照组的75.00%(P<0.05);治疗后2组激素水平有不同程度降低,以观察组降低幅度更明显(P<0.05);观察组潮热、汗出、外阴干涩、乏力倦怠、失眠等围绝经期症状的发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论益肾消癥散结经验方治疗子宫内膜异位症术后疗效确切,能有效降低机体激素E_2、FSH、LH水平,降低围绝经期症状的发生率。
Objective To explore the efficacy of treating endometriosis after operation patients with yishenxiaozhengsanjie decoction,and explore the influence of E_2,FSH and LH. Methods The 72 endometriosis after operation patients were randomly divided into a control group（ n = 36 cases） and an observation group（ n = 36 cases）. The patients in the control group were given 3. 75 mg leuprolide acetate for subcutaneous injection,one time every menstrual cycle; while patients in the observation group were given yishenxiaozhengsanjie decoction,half years for treatment.The paper was aimed at observing the improvement pelvic pain and other clinical symptoms,comparing the recent effect,monitoring the levels of E_2,FSH and LH,recording the happening around menopause symptoms. Results The recent efficiency of the patients in observation group was better than that of the control group,and the recent efficiency of the patients in observation group was 94. 40%,which was higher than that of the control group 75. 00%,the difference was significant（ P〈0. 05）; The patients＇ hormone levels went down compared with before treatment,the degree of change for the patients in the observation group was more obvious than that of the control group,the difference was significant（ P〈0. 05）; The occurrence rate of perimenopausal symptoms,such as hot flashes,sweating,genital dry,weak burnout and insomnia,was lower than that of the control group,the difference was significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The therapy has good recent efficiency,it can low the levels of E2,FSH and LH,and low the occurrence rate of perimenopausal symptoms,is worthy of further research and development.
