摘要
目的探讨注射用缓释醋酸亮丙瑞林治疗子宫内膜异位症的应用效果。方法选择2016年7月-2017年7月期间我院收治的子宫内膜异位症患者60例为研究对象,均分为两组,对照组为注射用抑那通,观察组为注射用缓释醋酸亮丙瑞林微球,对比两组治疗情况。结果观察组的黄体生成素、促卵泡生成素、雌二醇低于对照组,观察组的不良反应发生率10.00%低于对照组的33.33%。结论注射用缓释醋酸亮丙瑞林治疗子宫内膜异位症的应用效果显著,降低了不良反应发生率,提高了治疗效果,值得应用。
Objective To explore the effect of the treatment of the treatment of endometriosis in the treatment of endometriosis.Methods A total of 60 patients with endometriosis treated in our hospital from July 2016 to July 2017 were selected and divided into two groups.The control group was lenatone for injection and the observation group for injection.Release leuprolide microspheres,compared the treatment of the two groups.Results The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 10.00%lower than that of the control group(33.33%).Conclusion The effective treatment of endometriosis in the treatment of endometriosis is significant,and the incidence of adverse reactions is reduced,and the therapeutic effect is improved.
