摘要
根据天水城市总体规划,结合天水铁路地区现状,研究天平线引入天水地区接轨方案,提出天水站接轨方案、社棠站接轨方案、三阳川站接轨方案及渭南镇站接轨方案。从运输组织、工程建设、线路长度等方面对4个接轨方案进行综合比较,最终推荐采用新建天平线在天水站接轨,从而保证天平线客货流向顺畅、径路便捷,机务、车辆设备集中管理,有利于新建线路节约投资,满足国民经济可持续发展需要。
According to Tianshui city overall planning, combining with present situation of Tianshui railway area, this paper studies the junction program of Tianshui-Pingliang railway in Tianshui area, and puts forward 4 junction programs, which are taking junction in Tianshui Station, in Shetang Station, in Sanyangchuan Station and in Weinanzhen Station. The paper also makes comprehensive comparison on the 4 junction programs from these aspects including transport organization, engineering construction and line length, finally, the junction program of TianshuiPingliang railway in Tianshui Station is recommended, so as to ensure smooth passengers and freights transport flow, convenient route and centralized management of locomotive and vehicle equipment for the railway, all of these are favorable to investment saving of newly-constructed railway and could satisfy the demand of national economic sustainable development.
