摘要
服务于煤炭运输的铁路专用线的可行性研究,是通过国家铁路局行政管理部门审查的重要环节。接轨站的合理选择,对专用线方案的成立及控制项目的总投资尤为重要。通过在煤炭装卸中采用装载机装车和快速垂直装车系统装车的比较,根据其作业特点,采用了先进的装车系统,确定了装卸线与车站到发线的最佳配置关系。专用线煤炭运输的运量和方向、煤炭装车的效率与专用线接轨站的增建到发线的方式和数量密切相关。对可行性研究审查中提出的装煤线的有效长和增设到发线的条数等几个关键问题进行了充分的论证。在保证铁路的运输效率、节约建设投资的基础上,选择出技术可行、经济合理的方案,得到铁路部门和投资企业的共同认可,显得非常重要。
The feasibility study of the special railway for coal transportation is an important link examined by administra-tive department of railway bureau.The proper selection of connection station is especially important to the scheme and the total investment control of the special railway.Based on the comparison between loader and rapid vertical loading system,and in accordance with their working features,we adopt advanced loading system,and determine the optimal con-figuration relationship between loading &unloading lines and station arrival-departure lines.The volume and direction for coal transportation and the efficiency of coal loading is closely related to the pattern and number of additional arrival-departure lines in the connection station.Several key problems such as the effective length of coaling lines examined in the feasibility study and number of additional arrival-departure lines are sufficiently demonstrated.Based on the guaran-tee of railway transportation efficiency,saving construction investment,it is very important to select a technically feasible, economical and rational scheme accepted by both railway interests and investing enterprises.
