摘要
为了解决某车型冲击舒适性能方面的问题,通过设计客观试验方法和指标明确问题,继而使用仿真分析及理论计算制定调校方案,最终依靠主观评价明确不同方案样件装车的性能差异,得出最佳方案后完成实车调校。主观评价及客观试验结果表明,主观评价分值提高且振动加速度峰值变小,该车型冲击舒适性达到性能指标。该文描述的底盘调校流程和方法,为其他车型性能开发提供了参考。
In order to solve the problem of comfort performance of the vehicle, determining the objective test method and indicators to solve the problem, setting up the tuning program by using the simulation analysis and theoretical calculation, finally the best tuning program is obtained by the subjective evaluation that confirms the difference in performance with different sample.The subjective evaluation and objective test results show that the score of subjective evaluation is increased and the peak of the vibratile acceleration is lowered, the impact comfort of the vehicle achieves the performance indexes, the process and method of the chassis tuning described in this paper will provide reference for other vehicle dynamic performance development.
