浅议我国民营企业的薪酬体系设计

On the Design of Wage System in China's Private Companies

摘要 本文针对如何完善薪酬体系,提高员工薪酬满意度,通过确立薪酬目标,重视专业技术人才,注重薪酬体系公平等要点,并选取了软通动力信息技术有限公司和四川海底捞餐饮公司作为样本,分析及论证这些要点。 The paper focuses on how to improve employees ' satisfaction with their wages by bettering a company' s wage system,wherein certain points are emphasized such as setting wage goals,respecting professionals and stressing fairness,etc. Two companies,isoftstone IT Co. Ltd. and Sichuan Hai Di Lao Catering Company,are selected as samples for further analysis and argumentation.
