摘要
职业技能大赛是以突出操作技能和解决实际问题能力有组织的群众性活动,笔者连续三届指导全国ITAT就业技能大赛CAD机械设计比赛、取得一届第二名、二届第一名的成绩,通过对该赛项指导过程的分析总结,开展多角色全方位研究与实践,提出"以赛促学、以赛促教"的理念,创新技能大赛指导方法和对策,论证了技能大赛是职业院校教学改革的引领、教学目标实现的有效途径。
Professional skill contests are mass events organized on operational skills and problem- solving abilities in practice. The author has participated 3 times successively in the National ITAT CAD Mechanical Design Contests as instructor,and won the first prize twice and second prize once. The paper describes a study and analysis on his creative instructions to the contestants from multiple perspectives guided by a principle of " teaching and learning through contests",which proves that such skill contests are effective in guiding teaching reforms and achieving teaching goals in vocational schools.
