摘要
校企合作型职业技能比赛是高职院校富有特色的教育教学活动,是高职教育体现工学结合教育模式的有效形式。论述了高职院校在职业技能比赛的内容形式设计时与行业、企业、岗位、准职业人的紧密联结,同时在实践中综合各方的要求,遵理循规,协同合作,进而搭建好具有高职特色的校企合作型职业技能训练平台,培养技能过硬,素质优良的技能型人才的思路和做法。
Occupational skills competition through school-enterprise cooperation is a characteristic activity in vo-cational colleges and it is an effective way to perform the combination of learning and working.This paper discusses the combination of competition content and career,enterprise,position and talents.It also comes up with thoughts and methods of producing competent talents on the basis of skills competition.
