摘要
机械零件在交变载荷作用下,经过一段时间后在局部高应力区形成微裂纹,微裂纹逐渐扩展以至最后发生疲劳破坏。文中对断裂过的脉动索道迂回轮体进行疲劳分析,通过改变轮体的结构,达到提高疲劳寿命的目的。
Under the alternating load, micro coacks appear in the mechanical components after certain time, which will grow into fatigue damage eventually. The paper describes the fatigue analysis for cracked pulsation cableway return sheave, and improves the fatigue life by changing the wheel structure.
