齿轮可靠度计算中随机因素影响程度的计算分析 被引量:2

摘要 提出了在齿轮可靠度计算中进行随机因素影响情况的计算分析问题,采用基于威布尔分布和极限状态理论的可靠度计算方法,计算分析齿轮可靠度的变化程度。以圆柱齿轮可靠度计算为例,系统地计算了各随机影响因素均值及标准差改变时齿轮可靠度及可靠度的变化数值。根据计算结果,分析找出影响程度较大的随机因素,在其设计、制造、使用、维护中加以严格控制,以便保证齿轮可靠度的要求。计算结果为以后的齿轮可靠性研究工作提供参考。 The calculation and analysis problem of a random factor influence degree in the gear reliability calculation is presented.The calculation method of gear reliability based on waybills distribution and ultimate status theory is used to calculate and analyze the change of a gear's reliability.The reliability and reliability's change value of cylindrical gear is calculated when the average value or variance of a random factor is gradually varied in the form of practical example.According to these calculation results,some random factors having a great influence upon gear reliability are found out.In order to ensure require of a gear reliability,these random factors are strictly controlled in the design and manufacture and using of a gear.These results will be for reference in the future gear reliability researches.
