摘要
在应用威布尔分布描述影响齿轮可靠性各随机因素的齿轮可靠性设计中,首要问题是威布尔分布三参数的估计;由于现有可引用的设计资料只有这些随机因素的均值和标准差,而无试验统计数据,无法应用现有的参数估计法,对此本文探讨了依据随机因素的均值和标准差估计微布尔三参数估计法,该法首先根据随机参量的可能取值范围选定位置参数,然后利用导出的参数方程,计算出形状参数和尺度参数。经实例计算证明了该方法的可用性。
The three parameters estimation of Weibull distribution is the first problem in gear reliability design using weibull distribution to describe random factors influencing gear reliability. The available methods of weibull distribution parameter are not applied, Because there are only average values and variances of these random factors and there are not test statistics datum of them in the available design materials. A new method of the three parameters estimation of Weibull distribution is explored. on the basis of average values and variances of these random factors. In this method, first the location parameter is determined according to possible numerical value range of a random factor, and then the shape and scale parameter are calculated using parameter equations. The method's availability is proved by calculating examples.
