摘要 科技人才是引领创新驱动的核心要素,实现适应创新驱动需要的科技人才可持续发展新常态对我国创新驱动发展适应经济新常态意义重大。通过设计预警指标体系,基于系统协调性构建我国适应创新驱动需要的科技人才可持续发展指数进行预警分析,结果表明:我国适应创新驱动需要的科技人才可持续发展状况良好,创新资源、创新环境、知识创造、企业创新、创新绩效之间的协调发展影响我国适应创新驱动需要的科技人才可持续发展,并提出对策建议。 ST talent is the core element of leading innovation driven. It is of great significance for China innovation driven development to adapt to new economic normality realizing new normal situation for the sustainable development of ST talents meeting the needs of innovation driven. By designing the early warning index system,and based on system coordination,the paper constructs the sustainable development early warning indicator for ST talents meeting the needs of innovation driven. Through early warming analysis,the results show that the sustainable development of ST talents meeting the needs of innovation driven in China is in good condition. Sustainable development of ST talents meeting the needs of innovation driven in China is influenced by the coordinated development of innovation resources,innovation environment,knowledge creation,enterprise innovation and innovation performance. Then countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
