摘要
辊缝润滑技术在酒钢CSP工厂已经应用了多年。它对降低电耗、稳定生产、改善轧辊表面质量和带钢质量等都起到了积极的作用,但是油量的波动问题一直制约着系统作用的充分发挥。通过对酒钢CSP辊缝润滑系统油量不稳定问题的研究,利用分流的原理提高了油泵的转速,有效解决了油泵电机因转速低而扭矩不足的问题,从而稳定了油量的控制,同时对头尾油量的控制进行了优化,取得了显著的效果,为同类企业使用辊缝润滑或小流量、精密、稳定控制提供借鉴。
The technical of roll gap lubrication has used in JISCO CSP plant for many years.It played a positive role in reducing power consumption,stabilizing the production,improving the quality of roller surface and strip,but oil quantity fluctuation problem had restricted the full play of the role of the system.Through the research on the problem of oil control unsteady at the roll gap lubrication in JISCO's CSP,using the principle of shunt to improve the pump speed can effectively solved the problem of low speed and torque of oil pump motor,so as to stabilize the oil quantity control.And at the same time it has obtained outstanding effect on the optimization of the oil quantity at the head and tail of the strip,which can provide reference for the use of similar roll gap lubrication system or small discharge,nicety,stable control area in the similar manufacturers.
