摘要
研究了板带热连轧过程中不同道次配置润滑轧制工艺对钢板力学性能、金相组织和织构的影响,发现采用润滑工艺对提高钢板n值、r值,降低Δr值有一定作用,特别是加强后段轧制道次的润滑,效果更加明显;采用润滑轧制工艺,钢板晶粒尺寸细小,钢板厚度方向上织构分布差异明显减小,进而改善了热轧冲压薄板的冲压成型性能。
The mechanical properties, microstructure and texture of hot rolled strip by lubrication rolling process were studied. The values of n and r can be increased, and Ar can be decreased by lubricatior rolling process. The study show that the fine grain microstructure of plate can be obtained, and the difference of texture direction can be reduced. Therefore, the drawing property of plate can be improved.
