摘要
"印太"从地理概念转型为新的政治与战略构想,既是地缘政治变化的反应,又凸现了美国利用其继续维护全球领导地位和遏制中国的战略意图。美国积极塑造"印-太"战略格局,极力拉拢其盟国,并主动发展新的伙伴国家,对中国产生了地缘战略制衡态势,从而使中国的崛起面临着更为复杂的地缘环境,中国必须高度关注并提出应对之策。
Evolved from a geographical concept into a new political and strategic conception, the Indo-Pacific Strategy is not only a reflection of geopolitical changes, but also a policy instrument for the United States to maintain its global leadership and contain China.The United States is working hard to shape the Indo-Pacific strategic pattern, trying to win over traditional allies while develop new partnerships at the same time. It has brought about a geo-strategic check to China.China must pay close attention to this and put forward relevant countermeasures, since a more complicated geographical environment has been created.
