摘要 目的:利用CBCT评估下颌前磨牙根管解剖形态。方法:收集CBCT检查下颌前磨牙的患者资料560例,记录患者的姓名、性别、年龄、牙位、牙根和根管数目,并采用Vertucci分类法对根管构型进行分类描述。结果:1下颌第一前磨牙中,单根的发生率最高(84.2%),双根为3.8%;其中85.2%的牙根表现为单根管,双根管检出率为12.7%;根管构型中,Ⅰ型根管最为常见(85.2%),其次是V型根管(9.7%);Ⅰ型根管的检出率女性高于男性(P<0.05),男性出现变异根管(V型和C型)的可能性高于女性(P<0.05);2下颌第二前磨牙中,99.8%的牙表现为单根;其根管构型中,Ⅰ型根管占99.5%,双根管和C形根管分别为0.4%和0.1%。结论:下颌第一前磨牙变异根管出现率较高,下颌第二前磨牙单根单管常见。 AIM: To investigate the root canal morphology of mandibular premolars by cone- beam computed tomography( CBCT). METHODS: The mandibular premolars of 560 subjects were examined by CBCT. Details of the name,gender,age,tooth position,number of roots and root canals were observed and recorded. Meanwhile,the root canal configuration was categorized according to the Vertucci's criteria. RESULTS: 184. 2% of the mandibular first premolars had single root and 3. 8% had double roots; 85. 2% had 1 canal,12. 7% had 2 canals and 2. 0% had C-shaped canals. The most common type of canal configuration in mandibular first premolar was Type I( 85. 2%),followed by Type V( 9. 7%). Women had a higher incidence of Type I mandibular first premolars than men( P〈0. 05),and men had a higher incidence of Type V and C-shaped root canals in mandibular first premolars than women( P〈0. 05). 299. 8%of the mandibular second premolars had 1 root,99. 5% of which were of Type I. The prevalence of double and C-shaped root canals was 0. 4% and 0. 1% respectively. CONCLUSION: Mandibular first premolars have a high prevalence of canal variation. Mandibular second premolars commonly have 1 root and 1 canal.
