摘要
目的:利用锥体束CT(cone beam computed tomography,CBCT)评估下颌第一磨牙近中中央根管(middle mesial canal,MMC)的发生率并分析与之相关的临床因素。方法:从就诊人群中(340例患者)收集下颌第一磨牙CBCT影像资料并观察近中根的形态特点。评估MMC的发生率及其与年龄和性别之间的关系。结果:共纳入446颗下颌第一磨牙的CBCT影像资料,其中12颗牙(2.7%)具有近中中央根管。MMC发生率与性别有关(女0.86%,男4.65%,P<0.01),与年龄无关(P>0.05),且以融合型为主(66.7%)。结论:中国华中地区下颌第一磨牙近中中央根管发生率较低,以融合型为主,但在各个年龄段都有可能发生。
Objective:To evaluate the incidence of middle mesial canal(MMC)of mandibular first molar by cone beam computed tomography(CBCT)and analyze the clinical factors related to it.Methods:CBCT images of mandibular first molar were collected from 340 patients.Their morphological characteristics of mesial root were observed.Chi-square test was used to evaluate the incidence of MMC and its relationship with age and sex.Results:CBCT imaging data of 446 mandibular first molars were included in the study,of which 12 teeth(2.7%)were observed to have mesial central root canals.The incidence of MMC was related to sex(female 0.86%vs.male 4.65%,P<0.01),unrelated to age(P>0.05).Most of these MMCs were of fusion type(66.7%).Conclusion:The incidence of MMC of mandibular first molars in central China is relatively low.Most of them are of fusion type.MMC is likely to occur at all ages.
