摘要
乒乓球运动是一种具有广泛群众基础的健身运动,一直以来都备受男女老少的欢迎和喜爱。目前各级院校也积极开设了乒乓球教学课程,但是其教学质量并不是非常理想,这主要和教学方法有关,只有教学方法合适,才可以使学生快速掌握正确的乒乓球技术,更好的实现乒乓球教学目标。表象训练法是一种科学、合理的教学方法,应用于乒乓球教学中可达到相对理想的训练效果。本文主要介绍了表象训练法的原理及其重要性,同时分析了其在乒乓球教学中的实际应用以及相关注意事项。
Table tennis is a very popular nationwide exercise. At present,many colleges offer table tennis courses. However,the teaching quality is not satisfactory due to improper teaching methods. Teaching methods are the key point for students to master correct skills and maximizing teaching goals. As a scientific and reasonable approach,the application of representation training in teaching could achieve satisfactory results. This paper introduces principles and importance of representation training,as well as analyzes its practical application in table tennis teaching and related instructions.
