摘要
采用文献资料和分组实验法,探索在高校篮球教学中运用表象训练法提高教学效果的途径,认为在篮球教学中正确运用表象训练法,有利于学生通过心理训练,使身体运动与大脑思维活动有机结合,以达到强化和加快篮球运动技能的准确形成,提高教学质量,为促进高校篮球教法的革新提供有益的参考。
