摘要
现代社会人们对体育的需要发生了巨大的变化,这决定了高校篮球教学改革势在必行。在新时期大学篮球教学应当以“健康第一”和“终身体育”为指导思想,以兴趣为先导,淡化技术教学,努力提高在对抗中运用技术的能力,建立以提高学生综合体育素质为中心的考核体系。
In modem society people＇s requirements for sports have changed greatly, so the colleges and universities＇ basketball teaching have to be reformed. In the new period the colleges and universities＇ basketball teaching should take ＂health first＂ and lifelong sports as the guiding ideology, use interest as the guide, weaken the technique teaching, strive to improve the capability of using techniques in counterworking, and establish examination system which take heightening the students＇ integrated sports diathesis as the core.
