摘要
社会经济飞速发展极大带动了交通领域的路桥项目建设的蓬勃兴起。作为工程建设领域的重要组成部分,路桥项目建设质量及路桥项目管理已经倍受人们关注。实施路桥工程建设过程中的项目管理,不但可以有效节约工程材料资源、降低工程建设成本,而且能够推进项目建设质量的提升,规避各类经营风险。然而现时针对工程建设开展的项目管理过程存在着较多弊端,论文就这一问题展开讨论,旨在提高项目管理水平。
The rapid development of social economy greatly, and so did the traffic bridge projects in the field of booming. As an important part of engineering construction, road and bridge construction quality and road and bridge project management has been much attention.Implementation of project management in the course of the construction of road and bridge engineering, not only can effectively save resources for engineering materials, to reduce the construction cost, but also can promote the building of project quality, avoid all kinds of business risk. But now in view of the engineering construction to carry out the project management process there are many drawbacks, the author discussed the problem, in order to improve the level of project management.
