结合实践经验,深入探讨了路桥项目有效控制和有序进展的根本管理方法,包括慎选项目经理、项目管理结构要合理、高度重视施工准备、提升执行力等,以加强路桥项目管理,实现项目的可控有效、进展有序。
Combined with practical experiences,this paper thoroughly discusses the basic management method for the effective control and orderly progress of the road and bridge project,including prudent choice of project managers,reasonable project management structure,highlighted construction preparation and enhanced execution capability,so as to reinforce the road and bridge project management and realize the effective controlling and orderly progress of the project.
