跨高速公路连续梁悬臂浇筑法施工技术研究

摘要 为了降低跨高速公路连续梁桥施工对交通的影响,通常采用悬臂浇筑法施工技术。文章结合具体的工程实例,探讨跨高速公路连续梁悬臂浇筑法施工技术的实际应用,采用三角挂篮,对其进行材料和结构优化,以减轻自重、提升安全性;提出具体的施工工艺及安全防护措施,优化混凝土浇筑的质量控制流程,确保桥梁施工的整体稳定性和安全性,可为类似工程提供参考。 In order to reduce the influence of continuous beam bridge construction crossing expressway on traffic,cantilever casting method is usually used.Combined with specific engineering examples,this paper discusses the practical application of cantilever casting construction technology of continuous beam crossing expressway.The triangular hanging basket is used to optimize the material and structure,so as to reduce self weight and improve safety.The specific construction technology and safety protection measures are put forward,and the quality control process of concrete pouring is optimized to ensure the overall stability and safety of bridge construction,which can provide reference for similar engineering.
