摘要
积极的寝室心理场以积极心理学、"心理场"理论为依据,以寝室为单位,以大学生的心理为中心,以寝室的物理环境、文化环境、人际关系环境、个体知觉环境为要素,各要素相互作用形成特定的动力空间,而文明寝室亦可从寝室的硬件环境改善、营造人文氛围、形成良好人际关系、完善个性心理来进行建设,构建积极的寝室心理场能有效促进文明寝室建设。
Positive dormitory psychological field is based on positive psychology and a theory of psychology field. It regards a dormitory as a unit and centers on college students＇ psychology. Moreover, various elements including physical environment of dormitory, cultural environment, interpersonal environment and individual consciousness environment interact to form a specific dynamic space. So the construction of civilized dormitory can also aim at improving the dormitory hardware environment, creating a cultural atmosphere, forming good interpersonal relationships and perfecting personality psychology. Building positive psychological field in dormitory can effectively promote the construction of civilized dormitory.
