高校青年教师职业发展现状调研——以广东高校为例 被引量:2

摘要 通过对广东省8所高校40岁以下青年教师职业发展现状的抽样调查显示,存在着教学任务重,教学理论、方法、技能欠缺;教学与科研的关系不协调;生活压力大,职称晋升困难;组织和自我职业发展规划缺失等问题和困难。提出了鼓励高年资教师与青年教师"一对一"传帮带,加强对青年教师的教学技能方法培训;建立教学与科研相互促进的良性循环,完善教学考核机制;为青年教师的职业发展营造良好的组织支持环境,改革现有职称评审制度;建立教师职业生涯管理体系,注重信息的双向沟通等对策和措施。 On the survey status of young teachers' career development from eight colleges and universities in Guangdong province, there are heavy task of teaching, lack of teaching theory, methods and skiffs; uncoordinated relationship between teaching and research; life stress, difficult job promotion; lack of organization and self career development planning and other issues and difficulties. We proposed to encourage "one on one" mentoring for high qualification teachers and young teachers, strengthen teaching skills training methods of the young teachers; establish a virtuous circle mutually reinforcing teaching and research, perfecting teaching evaluation mechanism; create a good environment to support the organization for the career development of young teachers, reform the existing title appraisal system; establish teacher career management system, focusing on two-way communication of information.
