摘要
随着高校师资队伍的逐步年轻化,青年教师成为了高校可持续发展的重要基础。我校一贯重视青年教师的培养,从如何开展教学与科研等各个方面都给予了青年教师更多投入与引导。对于青年教师而言,更要积极摸索自身研究工作与学校专业建设的契合点,不断提升教学科研水平,共同推动学校发展。
Young teachers have become the important foundation for the sustainable development of univer‐sities .Our university has consistently attached the importance to the cultivation of young teachers ,in‐structing them from aspects such as teaching and scientific research .On the part of young teachers ,they should actively explore the conjunction point of their research and our university's discipline construction , continuously enhance their levels of teaching and scientific research ,and jointly push forward the develop‐ment of our university .
