摘要
目的 观察大鼠去除卵巢后不同部位骨的骨组织计量学参数与骨密度以及两者之间的相关性。方法 分别进行卵巢去除和伪手术。 5 6d时处死大鼠 ,取离体胫骨、股骨测量骨密度与组织学参数 %Tb .Ar,Tb .Th ,Tb .N。结果 OVX后 5d时 ,股骨远端和胫骨近端大部分骨组织计量学参数下降 ;全股骨和股骨远端 1 3处骨密度降低 ;股骨部分骨组织计量学参数与骨密度测量值之间存在正相关性且差异有显著性。结论 切除大鼠卵巢 5 6d时 ,大鼠骨组织计量学参数下降显著 ,骨密度测量以股骨较为敏感 。
Objective\ To observe the changes in bone histomorphometric data and bone mineral density(BMI) in vitro at different parts of ovariectomized rats. Methods\ Ovariectomy or sham operation was performed.The rats were sacrificed at the 56th day,and the right tibial and femoral bones were removed and determined for BMD and data of bone histomorphometry,including % trabecular area,trabecular thickness and number of trabeculae. Results\ At the 56th day after ovariectomy,most of the bone histomorphometric data decreased markedly;there was significant bone loss in whole femur and distal femur;most bone histological findings were significantly positively related with BMD values in femur. Conclusions\ At the 56th day after ovariectomy,most of the data of bone histological findings decrease markedly.The femur is more sensitive in BMD measurement.The correlation between bone histological findings and BMD values is significant in femur.\;
