摘要
患者男性，40岁，2012年1月初无意间发现右臀部有一包块，大小6cm×3cm×3cm，边界欠清，逐渐增大，无疼痛，在外院行包块活检术，送我院会诊。我院诊断为孤立性纤维性肿瘤，行扩大切除并行会阴淋巴结清扫术。
