摘要
目的:观察中西医结合治疗胎萎不长的临床疗效。方法:64例随机分为治疗组和对照组各32例,两组均给予丹参及静脉营养治疗,治疗组加用中药口服。结果:治疗组宫高、腹围、胎儿双顶径以及出生后的新生儿体重及胎盘重量均高于对照组(P<0.05);足月低体重儿发生率治疗组的低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗胎萎不长疗效满意。
Objective： To observe the Chinese and western medicine treatment of fetal growth restriction clinical curative effect. Methods： 64 cases of fetal growth restriction patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 32 cases in control group given salvia miltiorrhiza and parenteral nutrition therapy, treatment group on the basis of control group with oral medicine, and determine the palace before and after treatment,fetal double top diameter and high birth weight and placental weight after birth, and the control group, 32 cases were analyzed. Results： treatment group in the above-mentioned indexes were higher than control group （P〈0.05） ; The treatment group curative effect is better than the control group. Conclusion： Combination of TCM and western medicine has satisfied curative effect on fetal growth restriction, which could effectively treat fetal growth restriction and improve fetal growth and development.
