摘要
供给和需求是构成经济的一对基本矛盾,经济理论史上强调供给和强调需求之间的供求之争古而有之。强调供给的理论是"短缺经济"的产物,强调需求的理论是"过剩经济"的产物。当下,正值中国改革开放的转型期,我们看到了凯恩斯主义需求管理政策的历史局限性。习近平提出要进行"供给侧改革",就是要在扬弃美国经验的基础上建立中国特色社会主义的"中国的供给经济学"。经济理论和政策的重心移回供给、生产一方,将利于我们应对并治理经济建设中的经济乱象和文化乱象,利于我们坚定不移地走工业化道路,通过"实业兴邦"增加有效供给,以满足中国人民不断增长的物质文化需求,谱写中国改革开放的新篇章。
Supply and demand are the fundamental contradictions comprising economy. In the economic history, there has been a long dispute between demand and supply in the history of economic theories. The ry emphasizing ＂the supply＂ is the result of the “ demand economy”,while mand” is the product of ＂surplus economy. ＂ At present, during the transitional period of China＇s reform and o-pening up, we can see the historical limitations of Keynesian demand management policy. The “ supply - sidestructural reform” in China, put forward by Xi Jinping, was to sullate the American experience and started building Chinese supply economy on the basis of constructing socialism with Chineof economic theories and policies is shifted to the supply side or the production side will be conducive for us totackle the economic and cultural chaos in economic construction, and to take swervingly. Industrial development will increase effective supply so as to satisfy the al needs of the Chinese people, composing a new chapter of China^ reform and opening up.b
