摘要
供给侧改革不仅是调整我国经济结构性矛盾、保持经济持续发展的新决策,而且也是推进我国公共服务领域改革的新思路。近年来,江苏在物质文化、制度文化、精神文化三个层面向民众提供公共体育文化服务,但从效能上看供需结构性矛盾比较突出。江苏公共体育文化服务供给侧改革应以调整结构为方向,从制度供给、政策供给、资源供给、环境供给四个基本面向进行改革,切实提高效能。
Supply side of the reform is not only the adjustment of Chinese economic structural contradictions,maintain sustained economic development of a new decision-making,but also new ideas to push forward the reform of public services in China.In recent years,jiangsu in material culture,system culture,spirit culture three aspects to provide public services,public sports culture but look from the efficiency of the structural contradiction of supply and demand is more outstanding.Jiangsu public sports culture service supply side should to adjust structure to reform direction,from the system supply,policy supply,resource supply,supply four basic environment for reform,and improve efficiency.
