摘要
目的:探究食管癌放化疗患者进行营养干预的效果。方法:选取78例食管癌放化疗患者进行分组研究,将所有患者采取随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,每组各39例。对照组患者予以常规护理干预;研究组患者在对照组护理基础上进行全程营养干预。对比两组患者干预后BMI指数、血红蛋白、血清白蛋白及血细胞计数及放化疗不良反应情况、患者满意度,采取卡氏(KPS)评分评估患者身体状况,焦虑自评量表(SAS)及抑郁自评量表(SDS)评估患者心理状况。结果:两组患者的BMI指数及血红蛋白、血清白蛋白及血细胞计数等对比,研究组患者均明显优于对照组(P<0.05);护理干预后,两组患者的SAS、SDS评分对比,研究组患者均显著优于对照组,(P<0.01);研究组患者化疗后总不良反应率明显低于对照组,患者总满意率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:食管癌放化疗患者在常规护理基础上予以全程营养干预可明显提升护理质量,降低放化疗后不良反应发生率,改善患者身体耐心力及营养状况,改善患者心理状况,患者认可度高,具有较高临床应用及推广价值。
Objective:To explore effects of nutritional intervention on patients with esophageal cancer undergoing radiation and chemotherapy. Methods:78 patients with esophageal cancer undergoing radiation and chemotherapy were selected and divided into re-search group(39 cases)and control group(39 cases)according to the random number table. The control group was given a routine nursing intervention,while the research group received the nutritional intervention based on the routine nursing intervention. After the intervention,the BMI,hemoglobin,serum albumin,blood cell count,radiation and chemotherapy adverse reactions,and patientsˊ sat-isfaction of the two groups were compared. The Karnofsky(KPS)score was used to assess the patientsˊ physical condition,and self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)were used to assess the patientsˊ psychological status. Results:The BMI,hemoglobin,serum albumin,blood cell count of research group were significantly better than those of control group(P<0. 05). After the intervention,the SAS and SDS scores of research group were significantly better than those of control group(P<0. 05);the incidence rates of the adverse reaction and the patientsˊ satisfaction of research group were significantly lower and higher than those of control group,respectively(P<0. 05). Conclusions:For the esophageal cancer patients with radiation and chemotherapy,whole nu-tritional intervention based on the routine nursing care can obviously improve the nursing quality,reduce the incidence of adverse reac-tions after concurrent chemoradiation,improve patient body force and nutrition,improve patients psychological status and patient ac-ceptance,and has a high clinical application and popularization value.
