摘要
目的:探讨顺铂联合氟尿嘧啶化疗治疗食管癌的不良反应及相关护理对策效果。方法:选取笔者所在医院收治的62例食管癌患者,均接受顺铂联合氟尿嘧啶化疗方案治疗,随机均分为对照组(常规护理)和观察组(特殊护理),比较两组患者不良反应缓解率、癌症缓解有效率和生存质量评分的差异。结果:观察组不良反应缓解率和癌症缓解有效率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组生存质量评分为(89.8±10.3)分,显著优于对照组的(80.9±8.5)分(P<0.05)。结论:对于接受顺铂联合氟尿嘧啶化疗方案治疗的食管癌患者出现的不良反应,采用特殊有效的护理措施效果满意,可有效减少不良反应,提高患者生存质量,值得临床推广应用。
Objective：To investigate the clinical efficacy of nursing strategy for adverse reactions of Cisplatin combined with Fluorouracil chemotherapy for patients with esophageal cancer.Method：62 cases of esophageal cancer in our hospital were treated with Cisplatin combined with Fluorouracil chemotherapy.They were randomly divided into the control group（received routine care） and the observation group（received special care）.The adverse reactions remission rate,cancer remission rate and life quality score of two groups were compared.Result：The adverse reactions remission rate and cancer remission rate of the observation group were significantly higher than the control group（P〈0.05）.The life quality score of the observation group was（89.8±10.3）points,which was significantly better than that of the control group＇s（80.9±8.5）points（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Special effective interventions for adverse reactions of Cisplatin combined with Fluorouracil chemotherapy for patients with esophageal cancer is effective.It can reduce adverse reactions and improve life quality.It＇s worthy of clinical widely used.
