摘要
目的 检测非小细胞肺癌（NSCLC）肿瘤组织中表皮生长因子受体（EGFR）表达,以及糖类抗原125（CA125）、糖类抗原199（CA199）在NSCLC术后骨转移患者和未发生骨转移患者血清中的表达,探讨EGFR、CA125、CA199在NSCLC术后骨转移中的作用.方法 对我科16例NSCLC术后骨转移患者（转移组）与16例NSCLC术后未发生骨转移患者（未转移组）进行对照研究,检测两组肿瘤组织中EGFR表达量,同时检测两组血清CA125、CA199的浓度.结果 转移组EGFR强阳性表达率为81.2％,CA125、CA199的阳性表达率分别为56.3％、43.8％,联合检测CA125、CA199的阳性表达率为81.3％;未转移组EGFR强阳性表达率为6.2％,CA125、CA199的阳性表达率均为0,联合检测CA125、CA199的阳性表达率亦为0.转移组血清CA125、CA199的浓度分别为（138.05 ± 141.06） Ku/L、（78.06±112.86） U/ml,未转移组血清CA125、CA199的浓度分别为（9.94±6.50） Ku/L、（9.40±4.66） U/ml.结论 NSCLC中EGFR表达量高的患者,术后联合检测CA125、CA199有助于NSCLC术后骨转移的早期诊断.
Objective To investigate the expression of epidermal growth factor receptor （EGFR） in the tissue of non-small cell lung cancer （NSCLC）,and the expression of carbohydrateantigen 125 （CA125）,and carbohydrateantigen 199 （CA199） in postoperative NSCLC patients with bone metastasis and without bone metastasis,and discuss the roles of EGFR,CA125 and CA199 in postoperative NSCLC patients with bone metastasis.Methods Sixteen cases of postoperative NSCLC with bone metastasis served as the experimental group,and 16 cases of postoperative NSCLC without bone metastasis as the control group.The expression of EGFR in the lung cancer,and the serum levels of CA125 and CA199 were determined.Results The strong positive rate of EGFR was 81.2% in the experimental group.The CA125 and CA199 positive rate in the experimental group was 56.3% and 43.8% respectively.Combined detection positive rate was 81.3%.The strong positive rate of EGFR was 6.2% in the control group.The CA125 and CA199 positive rate in the control group was 0.Combined detection positive rate was 0.The serum levels of CA125 and CA199 in the experimental group were （138.05 ± 141.06） Ku/L and （78.06 ± 112.86） U/ml,and those in the control group were （9.94 ±6.50） Ku/L and （9.40 ±4.66） U/ml respectively.Conclusion With the high expression of EGFR,combined detection of CA125 and CA199 has certain significance in the early diagnosis of bone metastasis in postoperative NSCLC patients.
