摘要
基建领域正成为当前高校腐败的重灾区之一。加强高校基建领域廉政风险预警与防控,重点是加强制度建设。只有通过加强招标投标管理,健全信息公开制;严格施工现场控制,建立现场会签制;改革现行审计方法,完善跟踪审计制;探索基建管理新模式,尝试项目代建制,才有可能从根本上铲除不良作风和腐败现象滋生蔓延的土壤。
College infrastructure departments is one of the most serious areas of corruption. The key to thestrengthening of risk-warning prevention and control of such corruption is system construction. Corruptionand other illegal practices can only be uprooted by strengthening bidding managementimproving the informationdisclosure systemstrictly regulating construction site controlsetting up on-site signing, reformingthe current auditing method, improving the tracking force and establishing a new mode for construction management.
