摘要
目的利用Photoshop像素法分别测算美貌人群角膜暴露率和重睑术前、后角膜暴露率的变化，探讨角膜暴露率对眼部美学的影响。方法测算了30例青年美貌女性的角膜暴露率，回顾分析了43例行重睑成形术病例（埋线法23例和切开法20例），对每例患者分别于术前和术后半年在相同条件下完成数码摄影，以数码照片为资料进行定量分析，用Photoshop像素法测量的角膜暴露率，并进行自身左、右侧及手术前、后的角膜暴露率对比，使用SPSS16．0进行统计学检验。结果30例美貌女性的角膜暴露率：左侧（87．34±4．15）％，右侧（87．22±3．77）％；23例埋线法重睑成行术患者：左侧术前（83．02±4．05）％，左侧术后半年（83．32±3．74）％，右侧术前（82．93±3．75）％，左侧术后半年（83．85±3．65）％；20例切开法重睑成形术患者：左侧术前（64．05±4．53）％，左侧术后半年（84．93±2．39）％，右侧术前（64．44±4．86）％，左侧术后半年（85．09±2．77）％。结论角膜暴露率是眼部美学的重要参数，利用Photoshop像素法测算角膜暴露率，为重睑术提供相对客观、精确、简便易行的评价指标。
Objective To investigate the role of corneal exposure ratio in eyelid aesthetic assessment through the measurement by Photoshop pixel method in beauties and patients with double eyelid blepharoplasty. Methods 30 eases of female beauties and 43 eases with double eyelid blepharoplasty（23 cases with suture method and 20 cases with incision method） underwent measurement of corneal exposure ratio by Photoshop pixel method before operation and half a year after operation. The results were analyzed by SPSS 16.0 and compared between different sides or between pre- and post-operation. Results The eorneal exposure ratio was （87.34 ±4.15 ）% on the left side and （87.22 ±3.77）% on tile right side in the beauties. In the 23 cases with suture method, the pre- and post-operation results were （83.02 ± 4. 05 ） % and （ 83.32 ± 3.74） % on the left side, （ 82.93 ± 3.75 ） % and （ 83.85 ±3.65 ） % on the right side. In the 20 cases with incision method, the pre- and post-operation results were （64.05 ± 4.53 ） % and（ 84.93 ±2.39）% on the left side, （64.44 ±4.86）% and （85.09 ±2.77）% on the right side. Conclusions Corneal exposure ratio plays an important role in the eyelid aesthetic assessment. The measurement of Photoshop pixel method can provide an objective and precise assessment parameter for double eyelid blepharoplasty.
