摘要 目的对我院在用呼吸机质控方面的数据进行详细分析,找出存在的风险,提出改进措施。方法使用呼吸机质控仪对我院30台在用呼吸机进行质量控制。检测项目主要包括:潮气量、通气频率、吸气氧浓度、吸气压力水平、呼气末正压等5项,记录这5个参数在多个设定值下的示值和输出值,并计算出呼吸机的输出误差、示值误差,并以此数据计算呼吸机的各项合格率。结果 30台呼吸机5个参数的输出误差合格率分别是:潮气量合格率为76.7%,通气频率合格率为96.7%,吸气氧浓度合格率为93.3%,吸气压力水平合格率为96.7%,呼气末正压合格率为93.3%;示值误差合格率分别是:潮气量合格率为93.3%,通气频率合格率为100%,吸气氧浓度合格率为70%,吸气压力水平合格率为96.7%,呼气末正压合格率为96.7%;完全合格率为66.7%。结论本实验结果表明,我院呼吸机的完全合格率较低,给机械通气安全带来一定风险,需要加大维护保养力度。 Objective To analyze data of ventilator quality control in details so as to find potential risks and to propose measures of improvement. Methods Quality control was conducted on thirty ventilators used in the hospital by using ventilator quality monitors. Parameters tested include tidal volume, respiratory rate, inspiratory oxygen concentration, inspiratory pressure level, and positive end-expiratory pressure(PEEP). Indication value and output value of the five parameters were recorded under various set values. Then indication error and output error were calculated. Passing rate of different parameters of ventilators was calculated. Results The deviation of the output value of these parameters were as follows: the passing rate of tidal volume was 76.7%; the passing rate of respiratory rate was 96.7%; the passing rate of inspiratory oxygen concentration was 93.3%; the passing rate of inspiratory pressure level was 96.7%; the passing rate of PEEP was 93.3%. The deviation of indication value of the there parameters were as follows: the passing rate of tidal volume was 93.3%; the passing rate of respiratory rate was 100%; the passing rate of inspiratory oxygen concentration was 70%; the passing rate of inspiratory pressure level was 96.7%; the passing rate of PEEP was 96.7%. Total passing rate was 66.7%. Conclusion The results indicated that the passing rate of the ventilators used in our hospital was relatively low, which brought certain risks to mechanical ventilation safety. Therefore, maintenance need to be strengthened.
