摘要
呼吸机的稳定性、可靠性至关重要,但质控标准中并未对控制精度提出要求。本文设置了一种实验方法,验证了呼吸机在不同负载(不同的气道阻力和肺的顺应性)压力控制模式下精度情况。实验结果表明当呼吸力学参数改变时,呼吸机压力控制精度可能会受到影响,严重时可能超出企业标准,甚至影响呼吸机使用的安全性,造成患者肺损伤。
The stability and reliability of ventilator is of great signifcance. However, the standard of quality control does not claim any requirement for the control precision of ventilator. The present study designed an experiment to test the control precision of pressure control mode when the load of ventilator changed. The results showed that when the respiration parameters changed, the control precision of ventilator was in?uenced. It sometimes failed to meet corporate standard, even decreased the safety of ventilator, which might cause lung injury.
