42例3~6岁听障儿童语言功能发展评估研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的了解听障儿童语言功能发展特征,为制订康复训练计划提供依据。方法采用《听障儿童语言功能评估》量表对陕西省在训的42例听障儿童进行评估,采用SPSS19.ON数据进行统计分析。结果42例听障儿童语言功能发展不均衡,娱乐功能发展较早,表现功能和表述功能发展较晚。经过6个月的听觉言语康复训练后,第二次语言评估得分显著高于第一次(P〈0.05),早期较为落后的表述功能发展速度更快,听障儿童的交流实现途径由以动作为主转变为以语言为主,使用的语言形式由以单个的词为主转变为以简单语句为主。结论科学有效的康复训练对听障儿童语言功能的发展具有重要的意义。 Objective To study the characteristics of language function development in hearing-impaired children and to provide references for the rehabilitation programs. Methods 42 hearing-impaired children from shaanxi province were evaluated using Language Function Evaluation for Hearing-impaired Children. The data were analyzed with SPSS 19.0. Results The development of entertainment function started earlier, but performance and expressive functions relatively late. After 6 months of rehabilitation training, the scores of language functions were significantly higher than those at the first assessment (P〈0.05) and the expressive function showed a remarkable improvement. The main communicative approaches transformed from gestures to language and the major language forms from single word to simple sentences. Conclusion Scientific and effective rehabilitation training plays an important role in improving language functions of hearing-impaired children.
