摘要
高校教师薪酬管理问题已经成为制约高校进一步发展壮大的关键因素。目前,H高校处于快速成长的阶段,薪酬管理问题是阻碍其进步和发展的重要因素。要想解决H高校薪酬管理存在的问题,必须提高薪酬水平,构建科学合理的薪酬结构和绩效考评系统,并进一步完善薪酬福利体系,以提高整个学校的竞争能力。
College Teachers' salary management has become a key factor restricting the further development of colleges and universities. At present, H colleges and universities are in the stage of rapid growth, high school leaders have realized that the problem of compensation management is an important factor to hinder their progress and development. Therefore, in order to solve the problems existing in the salary management in H University must improve the level of compensation, constructs the science reasonable salary structure and performance evaluation system, and further improve the salary and welfare system, in order to improve the core competition ability of the University.
