学校变革能力是学校组织面对变革活动的特征的因应能力,由学校的各种因素综合而成。学校变革能力可以从变革概念、学校文化、组织结构、教学核心、组织学习、自主能力等路径得以提升。
School reform capacity is a kind of coping capability which is a synthesis of various factors of a school.Several approaches are recommended for promoting school reform capacity,including reform concept,school culture,organization structure,teaching core,organizational learning,autonomy capacity,etc.
